What we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email address and, if you choose to add them, phone number and message.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising, we use no third-party cookies and we do no profiling. The site sets no non-essential cookies.

What it is for

To reply to you and to send you the information about the development that you asked for. Nothing else.

We do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing.

On what basis

On your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.

Who has access

Data is handled by Detalhes Cautelosos, Unipessoal, Lda. and by the providers hosting the site and managing enquiries, strictly as needed to deliver those services.

There is no transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.

For how long

The contact form is currently inactive: it has not yet been decided which contact-management system enquiries should go to, and until that happens submissions are rejected and nothing is forwarded. The email address is kept only briefly, in the server's technical logs, for the same security purpose described further below.

Once a destination for enquiries is decided, the form is reactivated and this section will state the definitive retention period, applicable from that date. Should an enquiry become part of a contractual relationship in the meantime, the statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to the contact given above.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Form data travels encrypted and access is limited to those who need it to reply to you.
